In view of Franz Vinzenz Krommer's wind ensemble music modern publishers concentrated upon his partitas resp. »Harmonien« exclusively; up to now Krommer's very charming marches for wind ensemble and for Turkish music were completely not taken into account.

Among other things the »HarmonieSelbstVerlag« makes it its business to open up this neglected sphere of Krommer's wind ensemble music as well as his unknown previously unpublished partitas to all connoisseurs, experts and patrons of this genre. These critical modern first editions comprising score and parts together with a detailed accompanying text and editorial notes are interesting for musicians as well as for musicologists.
